We had a custom page that was an online form for clients to submit information. The form worked in WHMCS v5 using Smarty PHP tags but it currently doesn't work in WHMCS V6. What we need is a developer... (Budget: $100 USD, Jobs: CSS, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, WHMCS)
