Custom hook to POST MYSQL Query Results as inside XML to 3rdp arty API by tbsweet52

Hi, I'm trying to create a hook for WHMCS that will pass any order's custom fields to a 3rd party API. I figured out the MYSQL query to retrieve the data, now I need to pass those values inside XML to a 3rd party API as a HTTP POST... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Engineering, MySQL, PHP, Smarty PHP, WHMCS)
