I'm a new realtor in Canada, BC. Which means our IDX feed is different than USA. We have IDX DDF from CREA. Right now RealtySoft looks like a good theme while RealtyPluss has the IDX / DDF feed configured properly... (Budget: $750 - $1500 USD, Jobs: Data Mining, PHP, Website Design, WHMCS, WordPress)
