I need a report for each affiliate that looks like the commission history (See Attachment) but only for the previous month that can be emailed from the program automatically on the 1st of the new month... (Budget: $30 - $250 CAD, Jobs: Linux, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture, WHMCS)
