I'd like to get a 1 page order process made for my website. I will need all of the same fields as what is specified in the hostgator example. I'd also like it to hook into WHMCS to pull current pricing information... (Budget: $250 - $750 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WHMCS)
